Returns Policy

At Xcel Home, it’s important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not totally happy, you can return your order within 30 days and we will issue a full refund by the same method as your original payment.
We take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you discover any items damaged, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page.

 

Return Steps:

1. Wrap the item in its original packaging, clearly marking your Order Number on a separate sheet. Do not mark the original packaging.

2. Please include your order number and the reason for return inside your parcel.

3. Send the item back our address.

4. Once we receive your return, we will begin processing.

5. Refunds can take up to 10 working days from the date we receive your return. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Returning an Unwanted Item:

1. Unwanted items cannot be returned after 30 days of receipt.

2. Items must be unused, undamaged, and unmarked.

3. You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a recorded delivery service.

4. Returns for unwanted items are made at your own expense.

Returning a Faulty or Damaged Item:

1. Faulty or damaged items cannot be returned after 30 days of receipt.

2. We must be notified of damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Please contact us via our Contact Us page before beginning the returns process.

4. You may be asked to provide photographs of the damage as part of the return.

5. Do not begin the returns process until you have informed us.

Notes:

1. Goods must be returned in as-new condition, including all original packaging, and must be cared for while in your possession.

2. Items in sealed packaging must remain unopened if you wish to return them.
